Based out of his home studio located in Wisconsin, Jeff’s hobby which he calls “Big Guy Hats” has created hundreds of pieces of artwork that has been on public display since 1995. Jeff is a master craftsman who combines his passion of construction, creation and painting into a one of a kind 3-D dimensional piece of gallery art.
Jeff’s hobby of creating custom headwear has been displayed at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, art galleries, gatherings and outings, in addition to being worn by celebrities and fans alike.
Every single piece of custom created artwork is hand-carved by Jeff himself and airbrushed painted. His foam art headwear starts from a single foam block and is transformed into a one of a kind masterpiece that is meticulously detailed. The craftsmanship of the hand cut foam headwear is lightweight in nature is waterproof, and the hand painting will never crack, peel of fade. Jeff, who is an avid football fan, is also famously known as “Tundra Man” and can be seen not only displaying but wearing his own one of a kind custom art headwear creations on select Sunday’s throughout the fall and winter.
